There has been a lot of buzz lately about Mike Dillard and his new system, but I found this and thought it was definitely worth sharing with you:


For most of us, the word “winning”, is a very simple concept. You create a goal, and when you achieve it, you’ve won.

Well, there’s actually much more to it then that, because your subconscious mind has it’s own definition for “winning”, and whether you like it or not, you and your entire life are run by this little bugger.

If your subconscious doesn’t want you to “win” when it comes to wealth and money, you’re not going to. Period.

By definition, your subconscious thoughts and its agenda for your life are hidden from you, unless you’ve trained yourself to communicate with it.

If you don’t know what its definition of “winning” is for you right now, how can you ever move forward? And that’s the point on this letter… We’re going to find out what “winning” means to your subconscious right now…
There are 5 ways for you to win...

1: You win when you’re comfortable. This person’s primary goal is to just go through life as comfortably as possible. They don’t want stress. They don’t want to be pushed or challenged. They don’t like conflict. The just want to go through life on cruise control, hanging out with their friends, and having a good time.

Everything they do is designed to support their pursuit of comfort.

This is your average, life-long employee who’s more than happy to have a safe, stable, comfortable job.

If you push this person away from that goal, and challenge them or their routine lifestyle, watch out.

2: You win by being liked. This person’s primary goal in life is to be liked by others. They want acceptance from everyone, and will do just about anything to reach that goal. They’d rather be liked, than be right or wrong.

When you put someone like this in a leadership role, the business will usually fail because they won’t be willing to make hard decisions that would anger someone. They would try to please everyone all the time because their ultimate motivation is to be liked by others.

3: You win by being right. This person is usually an expert in a specific field like a professor, lawyer, or a wife. (Just kidding ladies! ?). People who win by being right, don’t accept criticism and aren’t open to new ideas.

They tend to reach a glass ceiling when it comes to money, their career, and relationships, because they can’t accept their short-comings in order to move past them and achieve personal growth. Arguing with this person never works because they’ll always find a way to prove you wrong, even if it means sabotaging your company in the process.

In order to win, this person must be right.

4: You win by winning. This person is an achiever. Their primary motivation is to win. They are very competitive, and will do whatever it takes to win. They won’t quit, and they’ll constantly push themselves to gain the edge they need.

This category describes all successful entrepreneurs and athletes. Winning is their reward, and on the dark side, some of them will go too far and compromise their integrity in order to do so. Key Lay of Enron is a great example.

This type of person doesn’t care if others don’t like them, and they welcome discomfort because it provides them with new opportunities to win.

This is how Robert wins, and looking at my past, this is how I win... Two State Championships in cycling. The #1 marketing system in the industry. Millionaire before 30. I win, by winning. I am constantly evaluating and improving myself, and will do whatever it takes, (with integrity), to be the best. Period.

5: You win by losing. This person wins by being a victim. They want sympathy from others or their spouse. Just when things start to get better, they will sabotage themselves, and say, “I knew it wouldn’t work”, giving them their victory once again.

There lives are always filled with problems because they don’t win unless they lose, so they create circumstances and excuses that help them fulfill that destiny like, “Your book won’t teach me anything new. I don’t have the money. This is just another scam. I’ll give it a try…”

Now if you’re like me when I was exposed to this, you’re taking a long hard look at your life right now.

There are people who are not wealthy because they want to be comfortable. There are people who are not healthy because they want to be comfortable. There are people who are stuck in the same job without a promotion for 10 years because they want to be liked. There are people who are addicted to struggle because they win by losing.

And most likely, you see a little of yourself in each of these categories.
I know I do, but what’s important to remember, is that winning is a continuous process that is brought to an end once you’ve won, which is an event.

As soon as you’ve “won”, the process starts all over again.

This is why you tend to feel lost or unfulfilled after you achieve a goal.
I know that once Magnetic Sponsoring became the #1 marketing system in the industry, I got lazy for a year.

I had won and didn’t know what to do next. I was a winner without a goal, so comfort took its place.

Once I was inspired by a new goal, my entire focus went back to “winning”, which is where I am right now.

I don’t know where you are at this moment in your life, but I do know this… Entrepreneurs win by winning, and they’ll do whatever it takes to fulfill that subconscious desire.

How to choose the right MLM for you!

If you are reading this you no doubt have several questions or concerns about multi-level marketing. The first and foremost is probably is it a scam?

That was my biggest question also. We have thrown money away in the past and I definitely did not want to do that again. I also knew we could not afford to spend a ton of money in today's economy just to get our foot in the door. So who do you choose?

My main concern was probably the same as most people's MONEY. If I go with a company with a large start up how would I ever sponsor anyone else? No one I know has any money nowadays. I was concerned that if the start up was free or low cost that the payouts would also be low. If they were high how could the company sustain itself? Short answer, it couldn't.

So we wanted to find a company that has two things: a reasonable start up and a good reputation. But finding a work at home business in Indiana wasn't easy so we turned to the internet.

It's mind boggling how many items come up when you search work at home or work from home in Indiana or work at home in Michigan or whatever state you live in. How do you choose the best MLM for you?

It first has to be one that has been around for more than a few months and has high quality people at the top. Do your research and don't just trust a kind face.

Choose a company and a product that you believe in. You have to be able to sell others on the opportunity and you can't do that if you don't believe in it yourself. Most people can tell when you are not sincere or not confident in your product. Make sure you educate yourself on the product and the company and are able to answer questions that will be asked of you without hesitation.

Luckily, we found a company that is the perfect fit for us. It might be the right one for you and then again it may not be. Don't be discouraged. The right one is out there waiting for you. How to get around the money objection!!

Excellent advice worth repeating!
If you are in Network Marketing or ANY kind of Sales, you have most definitely heard the objection “I don’t have the money.”

So how can you get past it?

If they don’t have the money, they don’t have the money… right?
Wrong.

If they don’t have the money, they haven’t seen the VALUE.

When they see the value, they will FIND the money.

Let us tell you our story and this will explain what we mean about finding the money….

When I met Toby, he lived in the basement of a local bar in my
hometown. He was the Guitar playing Scottish guy that ate, slept, and worked in that bar.

Money was not something we had.

We moved from Canada to Tampa to help his parents who were facing foreclosure on their home.

Money was not something they had.

At that time it was $1500 for us to get started in our company.

A quote that changed our mindset from Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad was instead of saying “We can’t afford this…” we started to say this… “HOW CAN WE AFFORD THIS?“

Point of this story, we saw the reward instead of the risk and
we found $1500 to get started.

So when people say they don’t have the money, they are really saying
“I don’t see the value”.
How can you overcome this objection?

Paint a picture. Here’s an example…

A woman said to me that she could not budget our $100 autoshipment.

I painted her a picture…

“$100 dollars a month, that’s only $3.50 a day Cathy.
What do you spend $3.50 on now each day?”

After asking some questions we uncovered she was going out for lunch almost every day and a smoker.

“If smoking more cigarettes got you paid, would you do it more?”

“Of course”

“So you have to start investing your money in things that get you paid Cathy.”

She agreed.

Here’s another one you may have heard before…

There’s the old analogy that if your favourite car, say a black Mercedes Benz was parked out front and you only have to get $500.00 to own the keys…
You would find the money wouldn’t you?

It’s never about the money; it’s always about the value.
